Our colorist dude recommended that we paint those "pillars" around the door the same color as the house, but that we use semi-gloss paint instead of flat paint. Should look pretty cool. And of course, we can't wait to see what the house and colors look like with the gray foundation and red (Dinner Party) doors.

Well, thanks! The funny part about the neighbors is, while they're very impressed, I think they also feel pressured a bit by it. Ellen says now she has to do something to her house, and Julie's paint job is looking old by comparison.
Jonathan has remarked he's irked that he tore down the boards on one side of his house. Remember Identical House from way back in November? Well, that side of the house is still only 80% rebuilt. He was trying to avoid having lead all over his property, since they have a three-year-old. But Tom Brady is removing 90% of the lead paint without spreading lead dust all over, and the job will be done next week probably. Jonathan still has three sides to go.
