Utmost Ease

Happy Friday, peeps! We hope everyone's looking forward to a fun weekend. This week marked our eleventh-month mark in Providence. Cray-zeeeee how time is flying.

Last night, we saw Star Trek at Providence's IMAX theater. Good acting. Good casting. Great effects. Weak story. Overall, for those of us that used to watch some Star Trek now and again (and for those of us whose fathers had like *every* episode on VHS), it was very entertaining.

This weekend, we've got very little planned. We'll be planting the garden, finishing the moulding around the attic pulldown, patching other ceilings in the house with that nightmarish popcorn spray stuff, and hopefully some progress on art projects. We're expecting the painters on Saturday. The weather has been ick (yesterday, too, contrary to what I thought yesterday morning), but it should be perfect tomorrow.

Here're a few videos for Friday fun. Take it easy, friends!

French Beatboxer

The Longest Way (Thanks, Milly!) A sort of video response to Where the Hell is Matt from Got Me Giggling.

David from Santa Ana... I have not forgotten about you or your cartilage and tendon disorder. At the end, when the announcer chimes in, watch how David slides six or eight feet to his right with utmost ease. As TBone Jones might say, "He illed it!"
