Spray Paint

On Sunday, we had some fun with spray paint. We started outside, but it was too windy.


First we primed...


...then we painted, and it smelled up our house big time.


We like that the paint didn't completely obscure the grain of the old wood stool.



We're trying to get some aesthetic stuff done, so by the time the summer rolls around, it'll actually feel like home.

Sue's new book club book is Case Histories by Kate Atkinson. With a colleague, I'm delivering a talk this afternoon called Introduction to Grantseeking to any Bruonians (Yes, that's what they call "Brown people".) who want to come.
