Massive Rocks

Happy Friday, everyone! We hope you all have fun plans for the weekend.

We are pretty much settled on the red door. Thanks for voting, Brandini, and thanks to the few who provided offline comment!

If the weather is any good, the painters will start next week, and that's good, because we realized this week, the painting should get done before we put up the fencing in the backyard. That order of operations will avoid getting paint on the fence posts and allow the painters to get at every nook and cranny of the house.

Eventhough we're postponing the actual installation of the fence, Chris, the handyman, dug the post holes yesterday. (The gray wire is the power to the garage.)

In one of the holes, he encountered some massive rocks about ten inches beneath the surface, so he had to dig around them to get them out.

Today, the weather is supposed to be beautiful, and it sounds like he'll be adjusting our garage gutter (below), which is currently tilting in the wrong direction. This weekend we'll be working on the attic pulldown.

PS
This is sort of uhh... well, what's the appropriate word? I figured I'd include it for your viewing pleasure.
